often losing program for some seconds

Hello everyone
I have a strange behaviour with ProgDVB free. It happens daily and even during a recording (which makes the whole recording useless then). Without a warning ProgDVB just loses the program it currently shows. The screen becomes black, indicators at the bottom (the one number without and the one number with a percentage) just vanishes, in taskbar when it would have said "ProgDVB [RTL]" it just says "ProgDVB" without a channelname. It takes 10-15 seconds then the program is back again. This does not seem to happen when I record a movie in the background with the ProgDVB-Scheduler-service.
Is there something wrong with the codecs then? Or any other setting? As you can see I'm running ProgDVB in safe mode. I'm sure I changed the multiplexor already some without efford (but can try again if advice is given).
I'm using Windows XP SP3 with a Hauppauge Nova-T Stick DVB-T Tuner Device
my main options
my video codec options
my audio codec options
my other options
Thanks for your help
