Pinnacle PCTV sat hdtv Pro USB (PCTV 452e) [solved]

Hi,
I bought recently also the pinnacle PCTV sat but none of the drivers ( in the device list) work. Do I need it to imported it from somewhere else?
I hope you can help me further.
( The pinnacle works with the delivered software.)

The pinnacle PCTV is supportet since a long time in progdvb...should also be working good with progdvb also with the new versions...
maybe try with other driver (older)...
p.s. do you have a Pinnacle PCTV Sat or a pinnacle PCTV ? Last one is a analog tv card i think...and progdvb only supports digital ones...

I have the pinnacle PCTV sat hdtv Pro USB ( PCTV 452e )
So I tried the Pinnacle PCTV sat/400i/Lite.... But no succes ( Error! Cannot load tuner device and connect network provider )

ah , this is a total other hardware then the pinnacle pctv sat...this is a card that runs on bda driver ...as others cards running on bda drivers too ....choose the DVB-S bda device in progdvb device list...
If there is no such device in the list...exit progdvb ...
then save this :

I have a Pinnacle PCTV 400e usb box and i run windows vista 64bit and there are new drivers for 32 bit vista but still i can use them on 64bit and when i turn on ProgDVB i have to use BDA driver in ProgDVB but my Diseq is not working in ProgDVB is there any solution for this?

as you can read many times in this forum ....
diseqC in use of bda driver is genereally (like in the most other programms) not supportet...
the diseqC problem depends on the bda driver concept (that came (as other crap too) from M$)...it doesn´t know about diseq ......the manufacturers of the card use propetary tricks in their own software to make diseq possible...and every manufacturer use different tricks to do that ...and mostly these tricks are not public ...so its very difficult for 3rd party software coders to do that too ...
