Stream scrambled channels with Prog Media Server

Hi all,
maybe it´s a stupid question... But i´m not realy sure and won´t buy hardware if it´s not possible.
At the moment i can stream all FTA channels with ProgMediaServer to my ProgMediaClient. No problem, works fine !
If i buy a supported cam interface for my Sky smartcard to view the channels on the server, is it also possible to stream this (now descrambled) channel to my client ?? Or does it work only with FTA channels
