Can someone tell me if there is a CSA chip inside the Pinnacle PCTV Sat HDTV Pro USB?

Do I need to download it? IF YES, where do I need to put it?

Or doesn't that mather at all?

it is not....only FF Cards like hauppauge nexus and Technotrend Premium series cards have this...

Do I need a CSA chip to use Vplug? or through a CSA.dll -file or it that unnessecary?
