I have transferred the channels to my netbook pc.
All working ok , even the positioner is ok.

The problem is ,
when i scan for new channels ,
it creates a new eg. 0.8W channelist.

Now i have 2 0.8W channelists
How to tell it to use my old channelist to add channels?

It is not good idea copy channels from one PC to other. Because different DVB devices give different channels ID.

You can copy the transponders list (all.list) and the diseqc.tree, then do a rescan of all sats.

as the author said it aint good to transfer them as it can cause problems.

however here are teh files you will be looking for

in the root of progdvb look for .dat files that contains most of the settings as well as .ini files

the folder that should probally also be copied are teh channels, transponders adn plugins

i think the channels folder shoudl sovle yoru problem as it has the scans already
