e grave shows as c caron in French

I use ProgDVB and watch French TV on DVB-T.
In all the French texts (e.g. program descriptions) the character e grave (è) shows as a c caron (č).
The u grave (ù) also shows incorrectly as some u with a tail on the right side.
Can you fix that?

I am not sure I understand what you expect.
a) I don't have TS Recorder->All ts
b) the problem is outside the video, like when I let the mouse hover right under the video and the current program description shows or in the the short program description under the station name in the stations list

Settings->Options->Modules->TS recorder before that.

There is no 'TS recorder' in the Modules list and I could not find any TS-recorder module to download.

That resulted in a 450 MB file for 3 minutes of recording.
I tried to upload that about two hours ago but I never got the confirmation that the upload worked (probably a timeout after 3 hours of uploading).
Can you check if you have that file, if not can you provide an FTP address where I can upload this?

Half a year has gone by and this is still not solved with version 6.95.09.

Sorry, I am not can open your sample. Can you record 3-5 minutes in Service->PID Recorder?

Sorry, but I do not have PID Recorder in the Service menu.

There is no such module there either.
The only modules available are TS Recorder and Prog Media Server Home.
