From about when ProgTV was released, the languages files are obsolete. So, I did a partial Progdvb translation to Portuguese. Still there are many languages waiting for somebody give the translations.

Yes, Turkish localization quite old. You can help me update if have some free time.
I am not can translate interface to all languages in world by my self.
