Problem in S660 Remote Control

when i press any key on remote control, it repeats it's function every 10 seconds. even if i evict the batteries, the repeating continues.

yes, this problem is exist in all of progdvb versions and other softwares such as altdvb etc. and all of windows versions.
i sent an email to tevii company and attached a clip of the problem that i captured by my cell phone. they told me i have to recourse to solicitorship for guarantee. but i live in Iran and satellite receivers is forbidden here. and there is no any Representation in Iran.

also it doesn't work with USB3, contrary to the tevii company claims.

I have s660 and not problem with RC. Is it last x32 ProgDVB version?

yes. i always use the last version of progdvb. its problem is exist in other softwares such as altdvb, dvb viewer, my theater,dvb dream, Etc.
i think this is a hardware problem. for example command IC ,Infrared sensor or Electronic circuit problems.

May be some other software use IR in same time? And yes, possible hardware problem.
