Bug in Parent Control - Video is viewable with ESC/Options..

Hello,
I found a bug in Parent Control.
If Parent Control active...
- ... the user can it cancel with ESC and the user can see a dimmed running video
... if the user go to options and closed this, the video is not dimmed, the running video is normal
... the user can take a snapshot from video
Pictures
Required password
After pressed ESC key
After click on Options menu with canceling

Hm. I am not can repeat this. How you can open channel in fist time? What you do in options? Cancel in options without changes not update channel.
