I had received the following message:
"ProgTV can't open AC3. This restriction of your devide or bad application settings. You can change Engine settings or look for more information on my website"

I'm running on Android Marshmallow 6.0, and I had tried with different engine settings, with the same results.

By legal reason ProgTV not have self ac3 decoder and use decoder from OS. You can try install some decoder to Android.
