Prog Media Server Clarification

Hello
I've noticed that I can only use ProgTV to watch the channel currently running on the computer running the ProgDVB Media Server.
In order for ProgTV to be able to access the full list of programs and change the channel without accessing the Prog Media Server, do I need a license for small/large networks? or is it impossible to access the entire list through ProgTV?
