I have the same issues with other transponders, e.g. 11303 H, which should deliver "ORF HD" channels (see http://goo.gl/4m03K):

It used to work flawless with earlier versions.

I have got the same issues with ProgDvb 6.60 Pro 32 Bit. All HD channels went black. After a rescan they had disappeared. I use a WinTv Nova HD S2 and my Device seetings are set to "Hauppauge". Any hints?
