I removed all files from that folder and now i can't tune any channel. Level bar is around 75% and quality sometimes levels up to 100% but no channel is tuned.

From C:\Program Files\ProgDVB\Channels ? I did and it didn't help at all.

So - audio codec of this channel is MPEG1 Layer 2. I've tried a new scan and found that I can not tune any channel, they all moved to the Lost Channels. I tried to plug in antenna into normal set top box and it worked fine.
