I have the same problem.
I installed ProgDVB 7 (64bit) on fresh installed Win7 (64bit). My BDA driver is 64bit build and also ffdshow too. I can scan for channels, the signal is good, but black screen :(
I chose in the settings of ProgDVB the ffdshow video- and audio decoder. I also checked ...
