Older version 6.83 I used think 4 years without problems with OS Windows 7, MS Scheduler was OK, but when I installed this version in new PC, there is a problem.

Do you think that problem is in ProgDVB installation / version or in Windows???

And what can I do???

I had a version 6.83 before upgrade with the same USB tuner and Windows 10 (32bit) and there was not a problem. I didn´t have a problem with every older version, so I´m dissapointed because ProgDVB isn´t start with plan record in this time and another possibilities doesn´t work ...
