I'm having the same crash problems sinds 16-03, as voiced here.

Changed to different versions of ProgDVB, changed the codecs to LAVFilters-0.69.1 and disabled “use Microsoft WMV9 DMO Decoder."
Ended up with ProgDVB 7.17.9b wich runs OK now apart from crash problems on 5 channels. Still crashes on ...
