Stop/Start device in Device list give the same message.ProgDvbEngine

update: after update driver to v.4.4.0 all work fine.
I have the same problem whith SkyStar2 PCI Rev.2.6 (SkyNET.sys v.4.3.2.9999) after upgrade ProgDVB from 4.74 to 4.80.3
