In the meantime you can run the TV-Stick with bda-drivers with the software dvbviewer.

I have the same usb tv stick like inso and the same problem.
I can only scan and see dvb-t not dvb-c channels with progdvb.

I install this never drivers but it doesn't help.

I have the same problem like Freddy99. I have checked my transponder.ini. No misstake. Progdvb show only 100 % level but no quality.
