i've got an ATI ALL-IN-WONDER X1800 XL in my PC..and plz tell me what i have to do that i can watch Pay-TV and something like that on my PC...

i installed ProgDVB but it doesnt works..i think that i choosed the wrong settings..plz HELPMEE-->THX goodbye
