I've updated the transponder list. The issue I believe is not that.
Even with no diseqc, when scanned for channels on correct frequencies (set as I get on my normal satellite receiver on to TV) on satellite INSAT2E/3B, I get only few channels. On certain frequencies, I get no channels at all ...
