I was now able to record a .ts file with the PID recorder. When I select the "Get AV pids" it always selects -1 and the Video PID. If I remove -1 it works and I get at least a video stream on my disk when recording.

Recording didn't work, I tried that already. File size stays at 0.

The properties show only Video_renderer. But I know I have installed some codec, the one frome elecartd as evaluation, x264 and others. I made the following list using K-Lite codec tweak tool:
