These recordngs have been taken from TV one this evening - freeview new zealand DVB-T.

First file is taken by "record" function of the bundled software "powercinema".

Second file is from from the PID recorder of progdvb, recording ...

If I use the pid recorder, and tell it to record "transport stream, all pids", then I get a .ts file that can be played back with powerdvd 8, including audio and video.

video is tagged as mpeg4 AVC, and audio is tagged as AAC.

So how do I tell which PIDS I shold tell progdvb to use?

I have a HVR-4000 which works with it's bundled software (powercinema).
