i tried the manual scan but its the same issue theres no signal @ 11938 MHz which is MCB frequency

hey i have problem in scaning channels that once i set-up my device wich is azurewave tiwnhan
and i install the progdvb and after the automatic scan is done the MBC channels are not scanned
also there is many other channels ,, i try to make manual scan but there is no signal for this bandwidth ...
