PCI-E Lifeview for example. But most products DVB-S+DVB-T for example. I am not know card with 2 dvb-s.

PS: Fom one transponder you can watch 2 channels with one card. Alt+click in progDVB Pro.

I am not have kworld card. But for example technotrend good work in ProgDVB/64 in vista/64 over bda.device.

In 5.x you can set delay for scaner (in last page of settings->options)
In 4.x this parameter only in ini file.

ProgDVB этот этим дисека не умеет, и не уверен умеет ли эта карта.
Насчёт времени переключения это зависит от канала и конечно дисека. Он сам по себе может переключать 1-2 секунды.

In ProgDVB Pro you can watch and record more one channel at same time.
You can test trial version from site.

You can copy old transponders file to new progdvb or edit it manual in text editor.
