I am using a Freecom DVB-T USB stick with the latest (Vista 32bit) drivers.
I can scan channels and have over 65% quality on a tiny aerial. The identified channels appear with channel numbers against them in the huge list of channels in the left window. However I get no picture or sound. If I click on a channel I get a BSOD pointing to a display driver error. I have just had the problem with 90% quality on BBC1. I am in easy range of Crystal Palace, London.
I have not installed the included MPEG 2 codec. The installed codecs shows Microsoft DTV-DVD Video Decoder and WMVideo Decoder DMO. The Microsoft codec is also shown under audio.
How can I limit the channels shown in the left window to jus tthose which have been found in the scan?
How can i avoid the BSOD?
Thanks
Ron
Re: Crashes on Win 7 Starter
#21. Please send me channel list over email.
2. Check status of traffic (in tooltips of qulity).
About blue screen, try disable DXVA or/and change video renderer in ProgDVB.
