Hi have installed the drivers of my 330e. I can watch with VLC dvb-t but with Progdvb not. I try to scan channels but he do not find them. whats wrong? what can i do?

Do you have BDA driver? It is option of BDA module of ProgDVB.

Same Problem here.
PCTV 330e (hybrid usb stick), latest driver, Vista64.
Tried progdvb a year ago and the current version now again. It seems to me that the pctv (ex pinnacle, now hauppauge) drivers are not BDA compatible.

Last time I tried (several hours) there were no options in the dialog boxes or they just didn´t work (without an error message). Just didn´t work. No matter what configuration (selected hardware module, progdvb features) I tried.

Now I installed the latest progdvb version (pro trail and free) which doesn´t even start. While the GUI is drawn Windows shows the message that the application does not respond any more.

I think the pctv driver is registered and installed as BDA driver in windows but is not BDA compatible. I also did not get any other DVB-t application working with this rotten product.

The hardware teams up perfectly with the pctv-software, which is slow, unstable, has lots of problems with multiple screens, often hangs after 1 minute, freezes when 'allways on top',....
And the 330e hardware: it was even more unstable before I modded it. It really got much too hot, so I removed the case and fixed a heat sink to each side (on on the tuner, one on the chip) and even these are getting really warm. But now the 'videocontrol.exe' of the tvcenter does not freeze that often anymore.

I think they do not test or just try their products themselfs.

just installed 6.5 pro again.

progdvb startup:
small window with the satellite dish appears, stays some seconds and disappers.
now the window of the main app is being drawn. the window-frame appears and one box on the left side with a single row input above it, but with no background-color.

than windows presents its default infobox saying that the application isn´t responding anymore and that i could check online for a solution or shutdown the program.
(just roughly translated from german because i don´t know the english version, but you should know which message i talk about.)

I´ve also tried VLC-Player to view dvb-t again, but I have no idea what settings I should use. I doubt vlc even can do the necassary hardware initialization. When starting the default pctv app TVCenter, there is lots of stuff going on in the process explorer (which sometimes fails). Hardware pnp, mpeg decoders, remote app, tvcenter.exe, videocontrol.exe, and some more i do not recognize.
