Error message by each transponder scan

Hello,

I can't scan the transponder to become all the channels. I get every time the error message you can see as file attached. I tried to reinstall the TV-board, ProgDVB but no improvement...
I bought a licence last week, but I can not use it! If you can help me, it would be great! :D

My system: XP 32bit, Tevii S470, Asus M4A785 htpc
