ProgDVB5, Vista & FreeCom DVB-T USB - 2 errors

Hi

I'm new to ProgDVB but have search the forums and cannot see my question answered before.

I have ProgDVB running on a Vista laptop with a FreeCom DVB-T USB card.

Things work appart from 2 issues.

1. on launch the error "Error! Filter not Found! Elecard_MPEG_"_Video_Decoder".
- Initial I did install elecard but it seems to fail registration. So I removed ProgDVB and re-installed without elecard, using DScaler instead. Video display works OK so I assume DScaler must be being used.
- I tried the unregister in the filter directory and have renamed the .ax files em2vd & elaudec.

2. The are frequent chimes heard during, I guess this may be a indicator of errors on the TS? But I cannot find a way to turn this feature off ... if my guess is correct.


Any suggestion woud be greatly welcomed.
