ProgDVB alone can only open FTA stations.

Buit of course, your dish would have to be aligned properly, big enough - depending on your location and the satellite footprint -, and you have to make the DiSEqC / LNB settings properly.
Selection of C band and using the correct LOF for your LNB are essential.
The transponder list you have to use for scanning is called 3150.ini, the display name of it is written inside of it. If in doubt, check with the editor.
