Have AVerTV Volar HD 2 and remote control doens't work for progdvb

not tried with the keyboard, it makes no sense for me to use, from the bed.

I try ask avermedia. But check Settings->[... options]. Must be selected AverMedia.

Ops. Avermedia recommend use AVerLirc for kook keys and routing to software.

I think this tool is winlick server. You can try setup winlirc client in ProgDVB (Options->Controls->RC plugin)
