Is it possible to release Prog Media Server Kodi PVR client
which is capable of recording and timeshift?

I just checked the IPTV PVR client
It consists of .dll, addon.xml and some other resources files
Therefore, i think it's not that hard to do it (only if you have the knowledge of course

)

You try use any iptv client with my server. xmltv supported also. Must be good.
+ my ProgTV for android not bad working with my server.

I am not like spend time to kodi.

I'm not aware of any kodi iptv client (compatible with prog media server)which support recording and timeshift
Please let me know if it exists.

Develop what? Some plugin for kodi? I think it not interesting for me and for you. I am author of ProgDVB and not have time for other project. Users not like this also because not like pay for my time.
