Thank you for looking into it. For reference, there is no change in version 7.38.05, still black screen with VOD.

I am working on VOD now. Some problems with h265 and some other formats. But file on your screen - must working. Please give me link or file for test.

ps: Do you try other video renderer?

I am using Xtream codes. Video Renderers do not make any difference, I tried.

The VOD/Series seem to show "1280x704,, 23.97, 16:9, AVC" Stereo, AAC
While Live TV shows "1280x720, 29.97, 16:9, H.264/AVC, 24243 Kbit" Stereo, AAC - ... Kbit

Notably, the VOD version still shows "AVC" but not h264 for some reason, and no bitrate

All VOD movies I tried were giving the same - black screen. (Same with 7.38.06)
Note: if the trial account period ends, another can be requested by provider I suppose.

I am test 3-4 files and all files working. Quite long open process (3-4 seconds) but normal playback after that.
Try select LAV codec for audio and video.

I updated LAV codec to the latest I could find, and everything got fixed. Seems it was my older version of LAV it seems thank you for your help.
