Many XTream MAG portals (not all) has stop working somewhere around update to version 3.12.3 (or 3.12.4 ) .
I think it has hapend after you added Device ID , Device ID2 and SN for stalker_portals.
I have made downgrade to version 3.12.1 (new instalation) and everithing working again.
