ProgDVB more power player then ProgTV Android and can open more links.
Please send me logs. I am test 3-4 channels from you list (in ProgDVB) and all channels are working.

No any problems on my PC. Check firewall settings and check link again

In log not correct link.

Try change user agent. May be server not give access to ProgDVB.

In iptv client. same place when you enter url.
