I am found 2 channels in my collection with black screen in OpenMAX on nvidia box. Try use FFmpeg mode for all channels (Options->Playback)

I don't understand the question? You want me to change the dizqueTV server to a different audio codec (like ac3 instead of aac?) when the video codec is h264_qsv?

Prog speaks of this. And asks whether the channel is h264 without ac3. This can one see in properties of the channel below. It can be either ac3 or e-ac3. aac. mp3...

I'm not clear on what you want me to do, but I have changed all the engines in ProgTV (I don't use ProgDVB from the screenshots you posted) to FFMPEG that has the option. I have also updated to 3.47.7 since the app recommended that I upgrade.
After changing it and switching channels the channel info says: "SD/Stereo/aac" (even though the dizqueTV server transcodes to 1080p, not SD) and the audio starts while the channel bar disappears and the screen remains black.

I think I'm just going to use Kodi with IPTV Simple Client instead, this doesn't seem like it's going anywhere fruitful.

Please send me logs of channel "without picture" in FFmpeg mode.

ps: Do you use addition settings for zoom or letterbox?
