Looks like no subs in file. Can you record over download function of web browser without ProgTV record function?

Rename it to .mkv
5mins.ts.mkv

Subtitles are there, I test it with vlc player.

Thanks. Tested. ProgTV/ProgDVB not detect subtitles because no info about CC in PMT.
Is it really popular case?
