Confirmed.
With 5.12.1 resp. 4.88.1, 4.88.1w9x, ProgDVB may crash if scanning
ASTRA 19:2°E 12552 V 22000
Reasons are not yet known, but this must base on both, latest changes in ProgDVB, but something weird on that transponder as well.
Tested here on Win2k and Win98SE, with my Nexus 2.2, driver 2.19h, HW mode.

Uh... yesterday I tried with 5.11.8 and had the same problem. Today I tried the transponders which did not work yesterday (with 5.11.

- and they work.
However, when I do a complete scan it still fails.
Maybe some problem with converting _insert dynamic (EPG??) data here_ to the german locale?
There is no error message when the program crashes.
Remembering the Sticky EPG problem I tried to install turkish locale (hope I did it correctly under Vista) but this did not help.
So now we now less than before

However - German Vista seems to be a common fact. Can others confirm this?

4.88.1 and 5.12.1 don't use turkish/western codepage 28599 / latin5 anymore.
So this will neither hurt nor help on this issue.
There has been an inofficial build tested before, that did not have the 12552 MHz scanning issue, though already working without that codepage.
Let's wait and see, I am in contact with Prog already.

Wow - good job!
However, I'm somewhat curious what the bug was about.
