Well, I sent the card back to where I purchased it and I should be getting C-1501 sometime soon. I really hope that it works better than my previous card. As I have seen some pics the new card has only antenna input and no output so this could solve some of my problems.

at last I got TT budget c-1501 card and this seems to be working perfectly. Thanks for the great program!
