I have 5.16 (this seems to be very good software) but i can not change channel on client end. I got picture in half an hour fight to client got channel list and very good sound/picture but channel could only be changed.
It can be changed from server side. What "passwords" do i need to put there or something else to get this working ?

I can confirm this,
with 5.15.11 and 5.16 i have very good results except
changing channel on client.

I use the standard port 10999, Unicast protocol, Transport Stream.

Do i need any other port for communication from client to server to change the channel?

Doesn´t anyone have an idea?

Perhabs Version 6 solves the problem?

Exactly the same problem, ver 6.05. Any ideas ?

Might as well give more information about the problem, as it s not the exact duplicate of the previous ones: When I click TV channel on the server, the client follows it (e.g. switches to the same channel) , but trying to change the channel on client makes both server & client screens go black.

Might be problem with the server/client settings also, but could not find any instructions, because the 6.05 UI is different to the ones I found ? Ihav not been using client machines before, so I dont knoe when the Ui chas changed.

Any way, all channel searches & stuff worked OK, so it probably is quirte close.... ?

I recomend remove channels (files in channels directory) on client and server and scan again.
