I believe that your problem could be the Win7 x 64, because it´s new.

But in my case I don´t know what to do, somebody can help?!!

Is there anyone else with the same problem? Any help maybe? I have read that it could be a locking problem, maybe with diferent driver, but Twinhan has zero support, maybe drivers from other brand? or other program?

I've a workaround (at least for my TerraTec S2 PCI HD).

1. Start Terratec Home Cinema
2. Chose any Channel @S2 and
3. Close Home Cinema again

after that, ProgDVB will show S2 channels again, don't ask me why :P

Perhaps try to fine tune LOF settings.

On some tuners, mainly some of those with BDA drivers, ProgDVB may have some trouble to handle Automatic Fine Tuning circuitry properly.

And then, if a local oscillator of an LNB has some deviation (around +/- 1-3 MHz), the tuner may sometimes fail on locking to a transponder. Even tiny but noticeable differences may also occur between manual tuning / search transponder, a full scan and ordinary channel switching afterwards.

If exists, normally such a deviation can be specified quite easily.
Tune in a problem transponder manually.
Detune in steps of 1 MHz up and down, up to +/- 5 MHz, and watch level indicator. If the peak reading is found aside of the nominal transponder frequency, don't store, but correct the LOF (in use) for that amount, but into the opposite direction, to compensate the offset. Then scan again and compare results...

I see now, after that S1 channels are not available... weird thing

Thanks to both!

greY were you able to lock and watch DVB-S2 TPs and channels with your Terratec Home Cinema program? I´ve been checking your card in the Terratec website and is almost exactly to mine! I´ll try with that software later to see if I can lock that TP, which by the way I can´t lock with any program I´ve used :(

Juergen what you mentioned makes sense but I don´t know how to execute it; first the thing is that I can´t detect movement in the signal and quality meter (L 0% - Q 0%), even when trying to lock it; I wrote the DVB-S2 TP data in search transponder and nothing.

I´ve wrote the exact data in the list file in the progdvb directory and that makes the transponder appears in when I use the transponder option, but no signal meter movement.

When you say I can change the LOF, how can I do that? the signal I´m looking for is in a C band frecuency, so I wrote 5151 for LOF? Could you please please please be more specific about what and how should I change it in ProgDVB? or maybe with other software?

A million thanks in advance!!! I´m getting crazy with this but keep trying :)

Try select pilot and rolloff parameters in scan transponder dialog.

I'm still not able to lock any S2 transponders.

Terratec Home Cinema is able to show any S2 transponders, I just don't like it's handling.

I installed the Terratec driver and my Azurewave AD-SP400 was recognized as a Cinergy S2 or something but at the end of installation came some code 10 error so It failed.

It´s good to hear that you can see the S2 transponders greY, but I have not the luck with my PCI card, I have also played with the pilot and rolloff parameters as adviced but nothing, I guess I´ll try with another OS, maybe win7 like yours, or ubuntu, which is better? :)

It seems that Technisat Skystar HD2, Terratec CINERGY S2 PCI HD, Twinhan 1041 and Azurwave are the same.
