But do you have your RC in this list? Afaik technisat RC is HID but not have Direct Input realization.

In "DirectInput Devices" are no details about "Mouse" and "Keyboard" so I can't be sure.

OK, finally I got it in a different way.
I realized that the color buttons on my remote (red, yellow, green and blue) are recognized by Windows as F6, F7, F8, and F9 keys.
So I have assigned "F8" as a shortcut key for ProgTV.exe.
Works perfectly
