Evidently i spoke to sOON!

IT's back to previous buidl !!

Now it adds just 1 shedule to ms Sheduler , while i have created dozen shedules for MS TS in progdvb !! And that one task is created whit the same file name "test 1"

IT sure IS "TESTING" MY PATIENCE

Hm. try download .6 version again. "test1" is some debug code.

It seems Network ver 7.31.7 has fixed it permanently now..

Well .. it works untill next windows 10 build update ...

Yes, i have tested it several times even though i didn't have to.
Because once i saw in MS TS that progdvb add the sheduled recording with the requierd permissions i.e "wake computer to run task" , i knew everything would run as planned .

And it does .. computer now wakes up from deep slumber and starts progdvb to run shedule = you are done for that part ...

Atleast for now... i mean it has indeed everything to do with permissions like you said ,... and because of it, in the next win10 build update it might break progdvb again because of those permissions as an security measure you know ...

But its unlikely to happend , since my account is administrators account, and i decide what is allowed / granted and what not

Appearantly, pc Starts / WAKEs up alright ... But no RECORDING ... progdvb doesnt even boot/starts up !?

I dont know what to make of it...

Only thing to get progdvb to obey , is when i go into MS TS myself and check the shedules !!! Maybe something worth to mention is, i have changed one other thing about the shedule in MS TS ..

I have checked the box "Run with the highest privelege" ... So again, its an long shot ... But maybe you want to check that too progdvb

In the meanwhile i will make not just 1 but an couple fresh NEW TEST shedules in progdvb , without changing anything in MS TS just to make sure it will start up EVERY SHEDULE i have made in progdvb..

Just to make sure progdvb is doing this randomly or not !!!!!

I have an gut feeling , progdvb is doing this randomly !

I dont need to... Just ran an couple shedules. Each shedule ran and woke up desktop from sleep. So it seems, the checbox " run with highest privilege " needs to be enabled aswell.

So progdvb, THERES WORK TO BE DONE


No seriously.... some Magic needs to be enabled!

EDIT: It seems the shedules only WILL wake up and run progdvb to record if BOTH checkboxes need to be enabled → "wake up computer" (in conditions tab) & "Run with highest privileges" (in general tab) ..
AGain progdvb, have you tested this behaviour out yourself ???? I mean you wouldn't post an new release that you know it doesn't work !?!

Several revision are released since my last post about the shedule "wake up" issues prog !

It seems the shedules are still made via progdvb 7.31.9 without the requiered permisions that are needed to wake up computer !!!!

Again, ALL shedules do start/wake up my desktop just fine ... As long the following permissions are added to the shedule → "wake up comp" (under conditions) & →maybe most important → "Run With highest privileges" in general tab !!!


Please add this to your next release !

But you did succeed by adding the checkbox "wake up computer" to the shedules in latest release 7.31.7 !?!

I dont get it why you can't adapt progdvb so it forces MS TS to enable shedules with the permision to "run with highest privileges" .. iam at lost now..!
