I use terratec cinergy htc xs hd, empia 2885, same as haupphauge 930c, elgato, msi digivox trio.
I could use any driver from 930c, msi, empia, terratec, all work.

Quite often i see progdvb engine error, restarting( i activate stability mode) but still engine error appear.
With often i mean 50 time/day.
I even try installing empia driver( instead of terratec) same situation.
This one appear on sd, hd, free or encripted ch.
Try without plugs, same problems.

In debug mode, i see 0.45% min loss on some channel , when progdvb engine error appear.
I see on encripted 4% loss, but in general i have full signal, 100%, losses are small, 0-2%

In dvbviewer, sometimes discontinuties appear, or graph too slow, image stop, and i am force to stop and start again dvbviewer.( or restart the service).

Do you try without stability mode?

No crash when channel open. I removed plugins and it works. This error causes vplug (2.4.5)

i tried also without stability mode, but same situation.
But i must install an fresh win7( it has over 3 years now...) to test again.

I notice something good, with v6.63.03, if i enabled prog media, internet tv, internet client, channel switch is fast.
In previous version with these enabled channel switch was slow.

Also, in v6.63.03, with prog media, internet tv, internet client Disabled, channel switch is slow.


Notice a new option in Settings-Options-Main, Speed of channel changing.

With this set to normal or slow, ch switch is fast, But with it on fast ch sometimes does not start.

To see how many seconds past when change channels, use http://www.xnotestopwatch.com/, make 2 keyboard key for start, and another one for reset timer.
And then, in the same time start Xnote and change to an channel, when channel start stop the clock.( and so on).

since 6.63.4 every recording done with the progdvb-service in the background produces a 0byte-file for me. switching back to 6.63.2 for me so far

Stay on top not working on latest version, 6 63 04.
Even if i enable stay on top, and i close and reopen progdvb, stay on top is enabled but not working.

Another one, when i click on Youtube, nothing is there, only white panel empty.

And , Arcsoft codec, is workin on SD and HD with latest Asvid.ax from total theatre 5, but if you use an old arcsoft codec, from 2007-2009, on HD image is blank.
I could not say anything about stability with arcsoft codec in this version, i must test few days, but in previous version if i use arcsoft progdvb crashed alot.

Same with dvbviewer, dvbdream, etc, and arcsoft, it crash the program.
