I have a Technisat Cablestar2 card and the signal strength is always displayed as 100%. Can someone describe his signal strength on dvb-c?

Quality 100& and Level 95%

used card is a hauppauge dvb-c rev. 2.2

btw. these values vary from used card and driver

I have on some programs picture freezes and i yust can believe 100% signal and level indication

as i wrote...those signal strength values ary from used card and driver..and there are maybe not the truth...
