VOD?

I'm having issues watching my provider's VOD. I can watch linear TV just fine, but I can't seem to load any of the on demand content.
All of these files appear to be mp4 files.
Am I doing something wrong?

Sorry, API? I didn't even know this had APIs. I'm just using the standard install, with nothing added to it. Should I be using something else?

TV sources and then input the m3u link.

Correct. I can see the content and click on it, but there is no playback.

There is no error. Just a black screen, no audio or video, but timer plays.
