EPG not updating

My EPG is not updating via ProgDVB.
I am using XML of http://vaders.tv/p2.xml.gz
If I update via internet it is showing my old EPG info(last weeks)
If I update via XML file downloaded from same location it gives me a bunch of foreign channels.
