i got it working great but is there a way to ajust the vertical hold?i have a piture up top as well as on the bottom.

sounds like a codec or overlay problem...if this is so...then not adjustable in progdvb...but also in codec or graphic card driver settings (Overlay)...

Check PAL / NTSC settings, if available.
An SS1 / Nexus style card has two options in the device settings, both have to suit.
BTW, why did you NOT post any important details like this, on your hardware, drivers and settings?
