New bug in release 7.31.3

Hi,
I'm using ProgDVB and updating as soon as a new release is available.
Updating from 7.31.2 to 7.31.3 made the program unusable for me.
The video is full of graphical artefact.
Here is a sample:
I can confirm the bug was introduced in 7.31.3 because I downgraded to 7.31.2 and the bug disappeared.
I'm using the 32 bits version and DVB over IP as a source.
Please help, just tell me if you need anything.

Is it const value? In any case you can try change video codec. For example to LAV

No it is not const, the minimal lost % changes.
I already tried changing video codecs and it has no effect.
Plus, as I said, I have absolutely zero issue on release 7.31.2 and below, I only have the issue on release 7.31.3 so it is somehow related to a change you made in this latest release.
I reinstalled release 7.31.2 and in this release I have no traffic lost:
Did you change the way you access the network in 7.31.3 ?

I'm using the TV provided by my fiber ISP (Orange in France)
It's using DVB over multicast.
