Can't decode this iptv channel

Hello, is there a way to set the settings in order to decode this iptv channel (specs given on the screencap where channel is working on VLC) ?

Promised it's not a joke ... I had nothing (black image and no sound). And now I launch progdvb and it's working fine.
I've been trying since yesterday. Damn.
Anyways all seems fine. I fell silly.
