Impossible to add host on Ministra sources

Hello. There is a bug on Android app. When adding host on Ministra source appears an edit/slynet box. Using last Android version 67.2. Thanks

Tested on Nvidia Shield and MI Box 4s. It used to work fine on previous versions (60.0 at last)

Please next next BETA version. I hope fix that today.
